Thanks to Region 34 for hosting August A Capella in Brisbane again this year. It enables all Chorus in Queensland to update there skills and come together in a supported learning environment.
This year we had Jo Oosterhoff Director of A Capella West and Enchant Quartet.
And Glender Lloyd, Director Brindabella Chorus and Debacle Quartet.
Both quartets will be representing Australia in New Orleneans in the coming weeks. And we wish them all the best.
We worked on lots of things barbershop and used the song I am Woman which was arranged by Glenda as the main song for the weekend.
It was attended by Di Bright Membership and Showmanship and Debbie Bennett Director, of Rhythms of the Reef chorus.
We had a wonderful time meeting up with old and new friends and learnt lots to bring back to the Chorus.
- Eisteddfod 2019

Rhythms of the Reef Chorus was excited to place second place in our Section at the recient Maryborough Eisteddfod.
We all had a great night after preparations and traveling together in the party bus.
Thanks to all involved in the Maryborough Eisteddfod, and each and every member of the Chorus, you all sang beautifully.
- Reginal Facilty Visit from Vicki Dwyer

What a great visit we had from Vicki Dwyer, Master Director of Circular Keys Chorus, and is also in Alouette Quartet.
We all gained valuable skills to take our singing skills to another level. Vicki also supported us with lots of education tools to enable us to move forward as a Chorus.
Thanks Vicki for a great time.....

Rhythms of the Reef will commence their rehearsals on Tuesday 29th January 2019 at The Waves Sports Complex at 5.30pm. If singing is your hearts desire, then we have a place for you. Rhythms is an a cappella singing Chorus who loves to perform for community events in Bundaberg and surrounding areas.. Join us, you won't be disappointed.

Many thanks to all our members for the hard work on the week-end. We had our regional visit from Lindsey Dyer, who traveled all the way from Perth to help grow our confidence and sound, in preperation for our Regional competition in May this year. Convention this year will held in Hobart. And we are very excited to be representing Bundaberg.

Rhythms of the Reef Chorus are looking for women 18+ to join us. We encourage all Women with average singing ability, to join us for 3 free visits to see how we sing A Capella. We have fun warmups and lots of encouragment for new members in a friendly learning enviroment.
We willl be having our first rehersal back on the 23rd of January
